About
The Lung Diseases and Allergy Research Center (LDARC) was established in April 2018. The center has created suitable connections with related centers, which has led to scientific inter-university communication. In addition, the center provides specialized consulting services in the fields of asthma, as well as allergic, immunological, and lung diseases. LDARC has aimed to take a step towards training researchers and students in the field of pulmonary and allergic diseases and increase the knowledge of graduates and students of relevant fields by assessing the current state based on high research capacity of the area in order to improve the health of the society, especially in Kurdistan Province, in accordance to international standards. LDARC is eager to improve research capacity in disease prevention and lay the groundwork for the participation of researchers in domestic and international congresses and scientific assemblies through promoting publications by motivating researchers and providing scientific education. In addition, LDARC uses the scientific experiences of other centers to enhance the condition of the center by interacting with domestic and foreign research institutions and universities to move towards the goals of the vision, including knowledge orientation and production of wealth from knowledge.
